BLUF: Lighter, less expensive, more energy efficient, and better for the environment.

While both technologies create brilliant lighting effects, the LED neon vs neon are very different technologies. LED Neon signs are lighter because there is no glass, which contributes to the durability of the sign, and brings down the cost to repair. It also allows for sweet features like our dimmer and color changer.

LED neon is much lighter than traditional neon! Most of our signs weigh between between 6-11 lbs, so they can be hung on the wall very easily.

Each order includes options for mounting via a set of mounting screws and drywall anchors. If you’d like a more temporary option, we find that 3M Command Strips work well. Just make sure that you select strips that can support the weight of your sign.

When opening your box, you'll find more than your beautiful sign! All our signs come with a mounting kit.

We'll also provide a small touch dimmer to turn on and off and control the brightness. If you’ve ordered a remote dimmer, you’ll find that included as well.

Our standard LED neon signs are indoor signs that can be used at outdoor events, parties, etc... provided it is for short periods in fair weather, and they do not get wet. Please note that our standard signs are not watertight and should not be exposed to wet weather, extreme heat or cold or be placed in locations such where they might get wet.

If you need a sign that can be placed outside on a permanent basis, please reach out to us. We can work with you to design a custom weatherproof sign that will meet your needs.

Like other LED bulbs, you can expect your sign to last a significant amount of time. Signs will last for around 40,000 hours. That's 4 years of continuous illumination! All of our signs come with a built-in dimmer switch, too. Dimming your light will not only create the right ambiance for your room, but can also help the light last even longer.

We have manufacturing partners in the US, Mexico, and China. While we would like to make all of our signs in the US, due to manufacturing capacity and capabilities, we can't at this time. Not to worry, we're working on moving all our production to the US as we grow!
